Declaration of Independence

The words themselves, apart from everything, are enough to give chills. Declaration of Independence. The words are majestic, powerful, stirring. The ideas the words convey are, at heart, America. They are mythical. Inviolate.

The link above does not take you to those words.

BuzzFlash has corrupted them. Raped them. Destroyed their essence.

There are words for what they've done.

Treason comes to mind.

Those words should not, will not, appear on this site. If you want to read them, follow the link.

There are, indeed, levels of stupidity which truly boggle the mind.

If, after reading the drivel linked above, you need to regain your sanity, here is the true Declaration of Independence.

God bless America.

Oh, come on, admit it, that was funny.

I remember the first time I saw the movie, the opening with Jodie Foster running on the exercise course.

And the person behind me who had READ THE BOOK and wanted to make sure not only that everyone know he had READ THE BOOK but that he REMEMBERED everything that happened when he READ THE BOOK and knew exactly what was going to happen next at every single moment of the movie and to prove that he had READ THE BOOK he shared with us all what was going to happen next at every single moment of the movie.

Buffalo Bill could have made a nice leather jacket out of his fat ass.

And, apparently, sung a nice little ditty while doing so. Perhaps a romantic ballad or two as well.

Or not.

I'm telling you, Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go: The Musical! can't be far behind. And really, after all, what else has Andrew Ridgley been doing lately?

THE BILL pt. 3

We have officially crossed the $60,000.00 mark with the arrival today of the surgeon's bill. Worth every damn cent.

Josh is doing absolutely great.

Worth every cent.

And more.
